Hello, my name is Gianna. I am the founder and Co-Creator of Beintheloop. I am currently 22 years old and was born and raised in New Jersey!
I have lived and studied in both Rome and Switzerland and currently finishing my undergraduate degree in the United States. I have always had a passion for politics and political activism from an early age.
The idea for this blog came from my experiences with people who simply chose to not be well informed because they don’t understand the media format that many political articles present themselves in. When I decided to create this blog I knew I had to invite my lovely friend Lote who herself shares the same passion for human rights and political activism to help with this project.
Together our goal is to create a way for the general public to understand the general knowledge of political issues regardless of background knowledge or language preference.

Hi, my name is Lote and I am the Co-founder and CEO of BEITL. I am a 22-year-old student from Latvia, currently studying International relations and European studies at the University of Nicosia in Cyprus but before I have studied in China, Italy, Latvia and Portugal.
Ever since I can remember, I have been interested in human rights issues and politics. Meeting people from so many different cultures and countries, I realised how many problems and how much suffering there is out in the world that many people do not even think about.
When Gianna propositioned me about this idea she had, I was very excited and had a good feeling about this project. Since then, we have been working very hard to get everything ready and to design this virtual space exactly how we imagined it and I am very excited to watch this baby grow. :)
